Vikas Singh is Founder Shareholder and Director of Doozy since its inception in 2015. He brings deep insight into entrepreneurship, private equity, fund raising, capital management, corporate finance, direct sales, relationship management, energy commodities and its logistics. Prior to starting and growing Doozy, he co-founded Kitty Hawk as its Shareholder Director in 2011. Kitty Hawk is into Coal Mining and Coal Trading business established in Singapore with investments into Coal Mining and Coal Logistic assets in Indonesia. Kitty Hawk will be listing on Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX) in 1st half of 2020 via reverse takeover. Kitty Hawk is Vikas’s 1st “start-to-exit story” as an entrepreneur.
Before starting his entrepreneurial journey, Vikas spent 15 years in the corporate world in various capacity between India and Hong Kong with BNP Paribas, Standard Chartered Bank, Citigroup and Merrill Lynch. As a banker he has developed a unique skill of making investments into public companies by blending their fundamentals with their technical. He spreads his love and passion for stock market by training and mentoring investors and students who are equally passionate about learning stock market trading & investments.
Vikas earned his Master’s in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and his Bachelor’s in Engineering from IIT Roorkee.
He is an avid reader of books on human psychology and behavioural finance. In his free time he enjoys exploring new technologies and inline skating.

Currently he is Managing Director of Kitty Hawk Pte. Ltd., Singapore and Commissioner of Pt Rizky Barito Timur, Indonesia. For Doozy, he is responsible for Capital raising and working out deals and structures for mergers and acquisition and working closely to establish Growth Strategy for the company.

Vikas is married and has 2 school going kids and currently lives in Singapore.
